Mrs. Ida Gautreau, 71, wife of Philippe Gautreau, died Tuesday at her residence.
Born at Pré-d'en-Haut, she was a daughter of Rose-Marie (Noël) and the late Siméon Gautreau.
Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Paul Lirette (Angela) and Mrs. Ronald Gauvin (Paulette), both of Pré-d'en-Haut; a son, Aubert Gautreau of Pré-d'en-Haut; two sisters, Mrs. Yvon Gautreau (Dora) of Pré-d'en-Haut, and Mrs. Edgar Boudreau (Délia) of Waltham, Mass.; three brothers, Hervé of St. Joseph, Blair and Emile Gautreau, both of Pré-d'en-Haut; eight grandchilren. A daughter, Géraldine, died three years ago.
The body is at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook. Funeral mass will be celebrated 7:30 p.m. Friday from the Notre Dame de l'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church, Pré-d'en-Haut. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
